The nasturtium plant (tropaeolum majus) is edible from root to blossom. The leaves and flowers have a lightly peppery aroma with a hint of mustard-like heat. Here, the raw leaves have been pureed into the salt, while the flowers were dried and powdered for maximum nutrition and beauty.

Medicinally, Nasturtiums are high in vitamin C and iron with antibiotic properties.

How to Use: As a finishing salt over eggs, meats, and veggies.
